River Yare - Bowthorpe. 18lb PIKE

Short session last Sunday. Late evening. Quite a windy evening. There were a few chubs around, bunch of perch and flathead. Most importantly, a gorgeous double figure pike!

Can you tell me what you mean by Flathead, please? Are they an alien species introduced from SE Asia? (see Wikipedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flathead_(fish))
